Choose which SMS messages Concierge sends with new granular controls.

You can now customize your Concierge experience with new SMS toggles that give you control over which messages are sent to customers.

Available options include:

• Customer sentiment survey SMS to collect feedback and power sentiment metrics
• Order adjustment survey SMS to track and analyze adjustment behavior
• Concierge nudge SMS to follow up when customers don’t complete an action

Each toggle is fully independent, so you can enable only the messages that make sense for your business, whether that’s optimizing for insights, reducing SMS costs, or simplifying the customer experience.

All toggles are optional and can be updated at any time, with no impact on your existing flows.
