Cancellation Prevention fallback offers now respect gaming prevention rules
Prevent customers from repeatedly claiming retention offers through fallback paths.
Fallback offers in Cancellation Prevention now honor the same gaming prevention settings as initial offers.
Previously, gaming prevention limits only applied to the first offer shown in a cancellation flow. Customers who declined that offer could still receive a fallback discount or gift, even if they had recently claimed a similar incentive.
With this update, the configured day limit is enforced across both initial and fallback offers. If a customer has already claimed an offer within the restricted timeframe, they’ll automatically be shown a skip offer instead.
No changes are required to existing flows—current gaming prevention settings now apply to both offer levels automatically.
