April Product Updates
Here's what our Product team got up to in April.
- AI Insights for Cancellation Prevention: If a store has more than 50 cancellation notes for a given month, we're now providing up to 5 AI-generated insights from across all of their customer's notes.
- Upgraded Benchmarks: Pro merchants will be able to benchmark their performance across 3 key metrics: Active Churn, Passive Churn, and AOV. Merchants will also be able to view how their store has performed historically, relative to their industry.
- Dynamically-Priced Bundles - General Release: Dynamically-priced bundles are now available to all merchants using our Bundles feature.
- Tiered Discounts for Dynamically-Priced Bundles - General Release: Tiered Discounts allows merchants to set up different discounts depending on the size of a customer's bundle and are now available to all merchants.
- Subscription Charge Retry Limit Changes: Merchants and third party apps can no longer retry charges on subscriptions that have been canceled because they have hit "max retries".
- Order Error Management: With our new Order Error Management tool, you can review charge errors by type and take steps to resolve them.
- Rewards - Segment creation within a flow, and A/B Test Template: For any flow that has includes the segment node, added the ability to create new segments while editing a flow.
