Win Backs allow you to incentivize lost customers to re-subscribe with compelling offers showcased on tailored landing pages.


Acquiring a new customer can cost 5x the amount of retaining an existing customer. This feature helps reactivate churned customers, increasing their LTV and increasing your active customer base without the costly acquisition spend.

Early Adopter Program: Get deeper insights with next-generation analytics

The all-new analytics dashboard provides a unified overview of your subscription program, right from your homepage. In this early release, you can monitor revenue trends, subscriber and subscription growth and churn, see what actions your customers are taking in the customer portal, and even track your subscriber retention by cohort.

New Quick Action: Add a subscription and apply discount

All Shopify merchants now have access to new Recharge quick action to include in their email flows and campaigns. Clicking a single URL automatically adds a pre-configured subscription product to an existing subscriber’s upcoming order. Merchants also have the option to automatically apply a discount code.


With this feature, you can grow your AOV and LTV by
  • removing friction for existing subscribers interested in adding subscription products to their upcoming order
  • utilizing our Klaviyo integration to upsell subscription products as part of email-based promotional or retention strategies

New Klaviyo Metrics: Enhanced segmentation and targeting

All stores using the Klaviyo integration with Recharge now have five all-new metrics that greatly enhance the ability to segment and target subscribers throughout their lifecycle. Merchants can access these metrics directly within Klaviyo and combine them with Recharge quick actions to create powerful email flows and campaigns.
