Keep customer credit balances accurate by automatically reversing earned credits or returning redeemed credits when an order is refunded.

New Credit Settings give you control over how loyalty credits are handled when an order is refunded.

You can now enable:

• Reverse earned credits to automatically remove credits earned from a refunded order. If the customer has already spent those credits, Recharge reverses as much as possible without creating a negative balance.
• Refund spent credits to automatically return credits that a customer redeemed on an order that is later refunded.

These settings reduce the need for manual credit adjustments after refunds while ensuring customers keep the credits they're entitled to and don't retain credits earned from refunded purchases.
