Bulk Update Customer Communication Preferences
You can now transfer customer consent data from other platforms to Recharge using two new bulk updates: Accept and Decline communication preferences. This includes separate consent for both SMS and email.
These updates are particularly impactful to merchants using Concierge SMS, and help keep consent data aligned with tools like Klaviyo and Attentive. Easily import historical opt-ins and opt-outs across your customer base, ensuring communication preferences are consistent, accurate, and compliant from day one.
