Concierge SMS now automatically sends confirmation reminders to your customers when they don't respond to a confirmation prompt.
Many customers miss the initial “reply ‘yes’” instruction, or reply too late, which caused actions to be abandoned and pulled support into follow-ups. Concierge now sends a short reminder prompting the customer to reply “yes” to proceed, “no” to cancel, or provide a new intent. Early results show strong conversion from these nudges (about 4/5), driving a 51% reduction in abandoned delays and a 35% reduction in abandoned skips, improving reliability and reducing support friction.
