Let customers add or swap to dynamic pricing plans directly from Affinity.

Dynamic pricing is now supported in the Affinity customer portal, extending these plans beyond checkout.

You can enable the customer portal as a channel directly from the dynamic pricing plan editor. Once enabled, customers can:

• Add subscriptions with dynamic pricing plans
• Swap existing subscriptions to dynamic pricing plans
• See clear pricing that shows both the introductory and recurring price

When a customer swaps to a dynamic pricing plan, the pricing progression starts from the first order on the new plan. The same progression applies whether the customer subscribes at checkout, adds the subscription through the portal, or completes a swap.
