Enable your Prepaid subscribers to skip their next order!
All merchants that offer prepaid subscriptions can now enable a setting that allows their customers to skip prepaid orders.
Once enabled by the merchant,
- Customers will see the ability to skip prepaid orders in the Customer Portal.
- Merchants can also skip orders via the Merchant Portal.
A skipped order’s delivery date will be pushed back by one interval based on the order frequency of the prepaid subscriptions. Any subsequent queued prepaid orders and the next renewal charge will be pushed back by the same interval.
