Prevent over-issuing credits by rewarding customers based on what they actually spend.

You can now configure credits to be issued based on the amount paid rather than the order subtotal.

Previously, percentage-based credits were calculated from the order total excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts, but credit redemptions were not factored in. This could result in customers earning new credits on orders largely paid for with existing credits.

With this new setting, credits are calculated based on the customer’s actual out-of-pocket payment amount.
