New Affinity Extension: Cancel Subscriptions Directly from the Overview Page
Merchants using our Affinity customer portal can now add a "Cancel Subscription" link directly to the navigation sidebar on the overview page.
Why this matters:
Customers previously had to dig into the subscription details page and scroll to the bottom to find the cancel option. This caused frustration and support tickets.
With this extension:
Customers previously had to dig into the subscription details page and scroll to the bottom to find the cancel option. This caused frustration and support tickets.
With this extension:
- A Cancel subscription link can be added to the Overview page.
- All active subscriptions are listed, even the ones NOT included in the next order.
- If the customer has one subscription, it redirects them to the cancellation prevention page.
- If they have multiple, a clean modal lets them pick which one to cancel (once picked, they are redirected to the cancellation prevention page)
