Rewards Flows now include a dedicated Discount node, making it easier to issue discounts directly within your loyalty experiences.

Previously, merchants had to use the multi-purpose Incentive node for discounts, which combined gifting and discount functionality in a single experience. The new Discount node provides a simpler, purpose-built workflow focused entirely on discounting.

Supported discount types include:

• Percentage discounts (e.g. 10% off)
• Fixed amount discounts with optional currency-specific values
• Existing discount codes from your store

The Discount node appears as a standalone option in the Rewards Flows canvas, making it easier to build and manage discount-driven loyalty campaigns.
