Post-purchase upsell swaps now available
Encourage customers to upgrade their purchase after checkout—without disrupting the buying experience.
You can now offer post-purchase upsell swaps, allowing customers to upgrade their purchase immediately after checkout.
Instead of adding another product to the order, upsell swaps let customers exchange their purchase for a higher-value option, such as:
- A larger pack size with a different subscription frequency
- An upgraded product or multi-product bundle
You can configure swap pairs, define targeting conditions, customize offer messaging, and present upgrades when purchase intent is highest—all without adding friction to the checkout flow.
Because the original order has already been placed, post-purchase upsell swaps create new revenue opportunities without risking the initial conversion.
