September Product Updates
Here's what our Product team was up to in September:
Affinity Customer Portal
- NEW: "Other Active Subscriptions" Card in Affinity Customer Portal: The Affinity Overview Page now displays all customer’s active subscriptions, making it easier for them to consolidate and/or manage their orders.
Subscriptions
- NEW (Early Adopter Program): New Subscription Widget: Merchants using Product Subscription Plans and a Shopify 2.0 Theme can now easily customize their subscription widget with their brand’s style and messaging.
Retain
- Cancellation Prevention - Survey Node Copy & Paste: Easily duplicate the logic of a cancellation survey node’s set up (reasons, offers and site builder) to be applied to other nodes shown.
- Win Backs - Customize Offers by Cancellation Reason: When configuring Win Backs, merchants can now segment customers by cancellation reason and present customized offers as part of A/B testing.
- Rewards now available through our SDK: Merchants with SDK-based portals, or using the Recharge SDK to customize Affinity or other portals, can now connect to Rewards functionality, unlocking features like Credits, Free Gifts, and enhanced Subscription Discounts.
- NEW (Early Adopter Program): Rewards on One-Time Only Checkouts: Reward customers with credits on one-time only checkouts to both incentivize repeat buying and engage a broader range of customers. This functionality allows merchants to trigger an experience for one-time only customers in order to acquire subscribers.
Merchant Experience
- Refreshed Account Page Designs & New Account-level Role Identification: We've added helpful information to our Accounts pages and included the ability for users to self-identify their role information.
Analytics
- NEW Benchmark:” % of checkout orders with a subscription”: Merchants can now see how their subscription sales stacks up with other stores in their vertical. Available to all stores using our integrated Shopify Checkout.
