Shopify Markets Support - Open Early Adopter Program

Shopify Markets Support has moved into Open EAP. Once you have set up Markets in Shopify, you can enable support in Recharge.

All Shopify stores can now enable Markets support in Recharge. This gives you the ability to onboard their stores onto Shopify Markets in Recharge via a self-service enablement flow.

Background:
Shopify Markets gives you more control over pricing and availability across regions, whether individual countries or groups of countries. With Markets, you can:
  • Set fixed prices by market
  • Apply manual exchange rates
  • Adjust prices by market using percentage-based increases or decreases
  • Use rounding rules
  • Control availability
  • Set sales tax rules
Once you have set up their Markets in Shopify, you can enable support in Recharge. This resolves market pricing and availability across areas like Affinity, Merchant Portal, Win backs, Automate, and generally any other part of the product that relies on product pricing and availability.

What's New:

1. Self-service Enablement Flow: you can now onboard onto Shopify Markets via our self-service enablement flow (see our documentation for instructions)
2. Unity Support: the Unity Customer Portal is now fully compatible with Shopify Markets.

For more information, consult our documentation.
