You can now filter by a customer’s state, province, or region in Flows. This new condition lets stores tailor cancellation experiences, offers, and upcoming order emails based on where a customer lives — unlocking more precise and compliant customer journeys. 

Previously, merchants could only filter by country and postal code — leaving a gap for region-specific rules and promotions. This update addresses compliance and personalization needs (for example, stricter cancellation requirements in states like CA and NY) and lets stores target region-eligible products or offers. 

Available in any Flow that supports shipping address conditions, including Cancellation Prevention, Winbacks, and Upcoming Order Emails.
