You can now use subscription conditions across all Concierge flow types, bringing the same trigger and branch condition support available in other flow experiences into Concierge.

This allows you to scope SMS flows using subscription attributes like:

Subscription conditions are supported in both trigger and branch nodes and work across every Concierge flow template.

With more precise targeting, you can send the right message to the right subscriber at the right time, whether you’re testing flows for a single product, sending upcoming charge reminders for specific plans, or tailoring cancellation-prevention experiences based on subscription history.
