Track failed payment recovery in Concierge
Measure the revenue recovered when customers update declined payment methods through Concierge.
The Concierge Performance dashboard now attributes revenue recovered from failed payment method updates, giving you better visibility into the impact of payment recovery campaigns.
A new card in Performance → Revenue tracks:
- Recovered revenue from successful payment method updates (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts)
- Card updates completed through Concierge SMS
- Recovery rate, showing the percentage of failed payment prompts that resulted in a successful recovery
This makes it easier to understand how Concierge helps reduce passive churn by recovering failed subscription payments.
