View & Edit Customer Communication Preferences
You can now view and manage a customer’s communication preferences directly from the Customer Details page. This feature allows your team to easily update consent for:
- Email marketing
- Marketing SMS
- Transactional SMS
This update includes a new Communication Preferences section on the Customer Details page, providing visibility and the ability to edit each customer's settings.
This update gives you greater control, flexibility, and accountability - making it easier to maintain accurate communication settings and deliver personalized, compliant outreach.
